What's for tea?

Okay, I remember doing these little threads every week when I was here last. Why the hell not!

Been slow roasting a golden mustard marinated fillet of pork loin rolled in dried garlic, onion, cheyenne pepper and brown sugar, which will be sliced later and thrown on top of stir fried egg noodles and spring onions and mushrooms.

Enjoy your tinned spaghetti on toast heeheeheee

Mash, shredded beef, cabbage, spices all fried up, some cheesy cauliflower on the side with Lemon Meringue for 2 & choc fudge cake for 2.

Basically what's left from the weekend. Tuesday mash-up.

I am making Kerala king prawn and coconut curry.

Really quick prawn curry and a perfect blend of spicy, fresh and creamy coconut . And it takes minutes to make. And home made nan bread and rice.

I've spent the day cooking a lovely French casserole that I (mr) won't be able to enjoy cos I'm off to work shortly. Mrs naughty's in for a tasty treat when she gets home from the gym later.

I was going to have salmon and sweet potato fish cakes.

But then I really fancied red meat, so I'm having organic fillet beef with sweet potato. Probably served with chilli fried mushrooms and onions and some squash.

Great strategy!

When I get into the swing of things, I tend to separate my food groups into different meals and end with a perfectly done piece of meat in the evening!

Just had tempura prawns with sweet chilli dip and coleslaw starter.

Then had woodland mushroom rissoto with grilled salmon steak as main.

And a pint of Carling to wash it down.

Back in my room now waiting for the football coverage to start on the radio

Low-carber here so it was Shirataki noodles with home-made pesto and a few Marconi almonds.

I'll be making a lovely mug of coffee with cream soon.
