I'm having a chat with someone about a low carb diet. She refers to a specific edible item and says she doesn't know how many grams of carbs are in it because it doesn't say on the wrapper.

I look. "Fewer than 20g", I say. She asks how I know. Because the entire thing weighs 20g, I tell her.

She is confused and still doesn't understand it.
