Was reading an article about Ibiza,,,,,,,,,,,it's def lost its appeal, it doesn't seem to be a patch on what it was 20 odd yrs ago, horses for courses I suppose,,,,,,,

Oh plenty of fun can still be had but admittedly paying 20 euros for a 500ml bottle of water isn't really in the spirit.

Places change, it was a wonderful moment in time. It's still a gorgeous island with loads to offer, well I think so, sure many disagree, that's just my take on it.

You know what,,,,,,,,,,your right great and beautiful island, I was there at the start, I rode that wonderful horse through the fantastic nights of love and happiness,,,,,,,,lost in the music, dropping a few of those little fellas on the way,,,,,, ,,,,,,,seems a shame it's so commercial now, good things must come to an end I guess, but yes, a gorgeous island to lap up those wonderful moments and have a proper holiday,,,,,,,,,chill with the ill, peace, x

If you do go to Ibiza, better to try out the nudist beaches of Formentera (a 2 hour boat trip from San Antonio), or Es Cavallet, which is on the south east of the island.

As we've got older it tends more towards great bars with music we like than clubs. We'll still do a couple of club nights but nothing like as hectic as 10 years ago

Amazing how many of the clubbers are 40+

Cool, only hopped to San An this year (stayed in San Miguel, heavenly for old farts)

Have usually stayed 2 weeks in San An and thought I didn't see it, perhaps it's the haze of alcohol. Might look though my photos and find myself collapsed over a table in there.

We went last august and stayed in St Eululia. It was a fantastic holiday. We chilled out naked sunbathing with the hippies by day and partied at night. Going to Pacha to see David guetta was the highlight.

I've only been that once but my fella has been lots of times over the years..

We are thinking of going back later in the year for another Pacha night.

I prefered Pacha in Egypt. Less pretentious, amd not so full of 12 year olds.

In what way did you find it pretentious? Did you go on a FMIF night? They put a glamorous show on but im glad to see they put our money to good use.

I've only been the once and to be fair most people seemed to be in their 30's. But it really didn't concern us as we was there for ourselves, the music and the 3 DJ's we have always wanted to see.

It was a fantastic night for us.

We saw Erick Morillo there in 2012, best club night I've ever had.

All our age and a great chilled happy crowd.
