My tummy wont stop rumbling

up at 5 this morning, had a bowel of cornflakes, a yogurt and a croissant and now I'm bloody hungry again, anyone else find if you have breakfast your hungry again by 10 and if you skip breakfast you can go till noon before feeling hungry?

This is why I never eat breakfast.

If I have one I eat between meals, whereas if I wait till lunchtime just have two meals and do not get the munchies.

I also find it does not make me have smaller portions for my two meals before anyone says that lol

I find if I don't have breakfast it totally shags up the timing of my meals throughout the day. I eat at 11, which means skipping lunch, then eat at 4, which means skipping tea, then end up bingeing at 9pm which is just totally bad for you.

yeap, I used to do that years ago, but isnt eating late at night just brill, yet wrong

Try having a bowl of porridge with sugar or honey....don't have salt!!

Oats tend to release the energy slower than corn based foods.

Have an apple or a pear mid morning, you just need the sugar boost. dont have citrus through.

Works for me

yeah kind of . if im up early like that ill have a large breakfast and then nothing to eat till about 5 ish . although i think because i smoke which can act as an appetite suppressor its maybe a wee bit different in that i dont feel the hunger as much . but defo know where your coming from there lol

Its only in the last 100 yrs or so we have had 3 meals. Before that you would have you break fast at about 10am then not eat till the evening.

If your hungry now get some fruit.

I had a banana 30 mins ago which helped, another 30 mins till lunchtime though, stomach thinks my throats been cut, dont know why I'm so hungry today

haha I've just had tuna salad on a baked potato, yogurt, and a glass of fresh orange juice, that'll see me right till dinner time, stuffed now.
