While we don't expect supermodels we have to be physically attracted to those we meet. What we find attractive varies from person to person, we don't have a set type.

Their personality & humour will either keep our attention or quickly lose it.

All depends how you market yourself I guess. The forum is a good place for personality to come through. Profiles and pictures also help to convey personality

It totally depends why you are on here doesn't it ? I mean , as a couple who are madly in love with each other , for us it's looks mainly . Of course , a nice personality helps , but tbh it doesn't matter that much .

If you are single and looking fir a bit more , it's understandable that personality may be more important .

Some couples love the social side so for them the personality is important too .

But for us , it's the sex , and more often than not , we only meet the same people once , so the looks are paramount .

Yes , we may be shallow , but we know what works for us , and although we have many friends with great personalities in and out of the lifestyle , we have no plans to change

This is so true. I've known a guy whose face pic I was not initially that drawn to (not that he's unattractive but not my general look) but as there seemed to be an initial click & we found it easy to talk I let things develop. He had me laughing so much that within weeks I was seriously lusting after him and after about a month I asked for a meet as I was frankly gagging for it.

Now I see him very differently physically than I did initially.

It's not a straight forward answer. I don't look at somebody and think "they're pretty so therefore I'm attracted to them...". I may think somebody is pretty but if they don't have a personality where we can enjoy a good craic (queue the shit puns...) Then I'm not interested.

its a difficult one , the folk that ive met say im being hard on myself but id sooner be on the right side of describing myself than trying to lead someone up the garden path , I have also had a fair few folk saying that they found it a breath of fresh air to read a profile and find someone who obviously 'isnt up his own arse ' i think the phrase is
