the balance between work and leisure time?

How do you know when you have got it right? How much work is too much?

We are very lucky in that respect as we can mix the two.

Torquay

When I worked for all those years in Pharmacies I was always tired, always at the beck and call of pushy managers.

I had little time to rest and play, and my social life suffered enormously.

Then when I opened my first little shop (and it was and is feckin little) I chose my own opening hours, suddenly I discovered a world of Ten till Four Thirty....and I liked it.

I answer to no-one, if I make a mistake it is me that suffers the consequences of my actions.....and I liked that too

Sounds like a perfect answer - being your own boss. It is all about having control over your life, your free time, and perhaps over your income, the growth of your business etc.
