Yeah that was her trying to give me a veri to try and kinda break ice, and i do fully understand the reasons for doing it, but, i just cant cope knowing what is going on if im honest

This site is really no different from any other situation or place where you might see your ex with someone else, and yes it hurts! The only solution is to keep your focus on all that was / is negative about them including their (not as secret as they probably think) life on here.

It's hard, but if you're determined you will eventually move on, and a year from now you'll look back and wonder what you ever saw in them! That's if you remember them at all

I can see such a bunch of positive happy people on here, try any little chance to break someone down.... glad im not the type to do summat stupid cos u people could push someone that way....

You'll get over it given time. In the real world you don't usually get to see what guys a woman is talking to and meeting (unless you're obsessive), therefore in your situation I'd block her, hide my profile and possibly even take time away from here.

Bitter, moi? Despite the fact that my whole life was torn apart, I lost my job because I couldn't work because of my mental state, I had a lovely house in Sussex, horses, dogs, cats, ducks and now I rent a tiny cottage in the north cos its the only place I can afford.. My children witnessed some horrid stuff they shouldn't of had to, screaming rows, flying crockery.

I would leave if it hurt that much. Blocked profiles can be unblocked. There would be less temptation to look if I had to set up a new account to do so

I was in. the same boat last year, but with time, good friends and lots of play time I was soon over it, now I look back and laugh about it.

But do your best to avoid checking what they're doing because you will just wind yourself up and become obsessive and bitter and then it'll harder to find people to help you get over it
