Have mine in 4 weeks time and if its anything like the last one, I'll look like a leopard with the amount of bruises I'll acquire during it.

Anyone else like to push their physical boundaries, when not having sex I mean.

i used to when i climbed......used to do a lot of solo free climbing...so one slip and it was curtains

Good luck Mally, I took my Instructers Grading a couple of Years ago and now Grade Students so I understand what it's like, enjoy yourself and gaurd your Conkers mate

just done my 1st marathon in london at the weekend.........felt like someone was running alongside me from the 17 mile mark and smashing my knees with a 20lb hammer.....ha ha

i enjoy venturing into unknown territory and pushing myself beyond my physical comfort zone on occasion

I do - did a fitness test a couple of days ago and was essentially competing against myself or the statistic of what is possible within one's age group and sex.

Was really chuffed to see I was only just below excellent on all but one area. They tested cardiovascular fitness, strength, stamina and flexibility.

Encourages me to push myself further.
