Tests have shown that pound for pound wheatgrass is no more "super" than any ordinary vegetable like cabbage or broccoli.

I've tried powdered but much prefer growing my own, it does give me a boost but I think its best if you juice some fruit to go with it. Don't take it every day tho as you may end up with lots of flatulance lol.

We grow ours in coco. which we got in blocks
