It depends on my mood. I think I err on the classy on top and tarty underneath side. That said my cleavage is usually around so perhaps I look tarty all the time. I'm comfortable with my clothes.

I like to dress for where I am going. If I'm dogging, then it is a bit more tarty, but if I'm pubbing and clubbing, then it is a case of trying to look classy whilst showing off my figure. All in the best possible taste
