Cardiff

Add a small amount of grated cheese to the mash.

Use quality sausages, have to be good ones with flavour and colour. Colour=flavour

Fry a red onion and add this to the gravy, works fine with instant.

Take your time with the mash so its not lumpy

I normally just use a knife and fork!

In the middle

Richmond`s fat Irish sausages, creamy smooth mash, fried onions and onion gravy with a dash of Worcestershire sauce to spice it up a bit

I was going to have sausage and mash but ended up with chicken and veg instead

little house on the praire

When callum was little this was hedgehog dinner.

I'd put a pile of Mash in the middle of the plate. Cut sausages in half and stick them in and baked beans round the side of the Plate

Horseradish in the mash. Horse in the sausages.

What could go wrong?

Newmarket saussages are the way to go, best for bangers and mash or toad in the hole.

And no they are not made of horse lol
