Are you happy to use communal changing rooms at the gym/pool or do you cover up/ use a cubicle?

Are you coy about stripping for a wax or spray tan?

Since you started swinging are you less inhibited or were you always the same?

In glam mode - extremely confident. I seem to make an impression with my body when I'm glammed up - in Leeds last Friday, I had 4 different groups of peeps ask if they could have a pic with me, so I must be doing something right. They can't all have been taking the piss.

I've got no body confidence at all. Hate communal changing rooms. Never had a spray tan, I can't think of many things more embarrassing than striping of for someone to paint me! I've only ever had my legs waxed and she's an older woman who talks even more than I do lol and it's over before I have time to think about it.

I've worked had at keeping in shape so certainly am not shy but not too the extreme that I'll walk down a high street with my top off just because there is a ray of sunshine like some I see lol

I like to think of myself as well educated and relatively intelligent but it's bizarre how I still feel the need to reach the tabloid image of what men should look like.

I used to be pretty conscious about changing rooms but I'm getting less and less so as I keep training, losing weight and getting ever closer to that ideal image. Damn media.

I've (Dave) have never been body confident, but spray tan ( only ever had 1!!) and waxing don't bother me, as I see it as something clinical, a bit like going to the doctors.

Swimming pools, yes I'll always go for a cubicle, however used to go to the gun at lunch times and happily used naked communal showers.

I'm definitely better since swinging, but only in that environment. I.e I have no problem walking around a club naked. Not because I'm Adonis ( far from it!) but because I've learnt either people like you or they don't! And in a swinging club, they are going to see you naked at some point anyway.

Kate is very similar and will keep things on that she feels comfy in and won't be publicly completely naked until maybe an end if night jacuzzi.

When I was younger I used to be very self conscious of my body....

Between having a baby and getting older I really don't care anymore. People have two choices like me or not, their choice.

And as for getting waxed the paper pants are more hassle than they are worth when having it all whipped off!!!

Never had problems stripping off for waxing, tans, tattoos etc. Male and female ppl doing them.

Just never had a problem with my body and spend alot time looking after it, so why not show it off when i can

Honestly? I hate my body, I like some of my facial features, and know how to dress for my shape, but I hate my naked self. Scars, marks and obviously a lot of extra weight makes me feel very self concious. I come across as very confident, but I'm not really. Always hated my body though, even when I had a slim, toned dancers body!

I will loose weight, the rest I've learned to live with.

So when I can relax in someone's company because we get on well, then being naked is not a problem. No problems undressing for spraytans etc - they've seen it all.

Yes I am very confirtable to change in the changing room as I walk out of the shower there is a mirror and I alwais glance towards it to check how I look even if the chnaging room is full, then sometimes I also like to drop my towel as I change, thats quite fun to do lol.

I (her) have absolutely no problem being naked in a changing room or stripping off for a spray tan. I figure nobody is really looking at me anyway or they've seen it all before and I've always been like this.

When swinging though I'm far more conscious of my wobbly bits and much prefer to wear sexy underwear that covers the bits I don't like rather than be naked.

I have no hang ups at all about being naked. Changing rooms at the gym, swimming pool etc...I just strip off, get changed, get in! I occasionally have spray tan in the summer months...but I strip off completely because I don't like to worry about random naked bits showing dependent on what lingerie I wear later!

I'm not overly keen on my own body. I have no problem stripping off infront of others. I don't though because I am aware they may feel awkward around me being unclothed. When we go to chameleons, I walk about topless and do alsorts naked without batting an eyelid because I know nobody is awkward there. Is that wierd?

I am not happy being naked, either in everyday life or in swinging. Its nothing to do with not being happy with my body, its being uncomfortable with nakedness itself. I was brought up to always wear clothes and nightwear with a dressing gown etc.

I am happy prancing around in underwear whilst swinging in clubs etc. I wouldn't go in communal changing rooms and would never shower in a gym setting for example if it was all communal. I wouldnt have a spray tan either.

I don't stand around naked in swinging club changing rooms and have even changed under a towel. once I'm In underwear though Im ok

I am usually quite confident in a 1 to 1 setting or when I go for Brazilian waxing, photo shoot etc. However when I had to strip naked in public at a naturist resort last summer, I really hesitated. It took me a whole day to remove my bikini bottom even though everybody around us was naked and there were plenty of less than perfect body shapes around.

I'm probably a bit strange, but when I play hockey go to the gym etc I have no issues using showers abd communal changing rooms.

When I'm swinging in a club etc I feel very self conscious. Not sure why though. I do just fight through it and end up having a good time.

I am not body confident at all, having a skin problem dosn't help either.

But I did find by going to Euerkas helped because being a naturist/ swinging club everybody all sorts of shape and sizes and other problems walk around without a care in the world and no one takes any notice of you, in fact its only when you dress sexy for the evening that someone will approuch you and say that "You are looking sexy or I love what you are wearing"

I don't have a spray tan but I do 9 minutes aweek in a stand up booth and that's only because it helps my skin....Ruby

I'm very comfortable in my own skin and have no problem getting naked in certain circumstances.

Having said that I have some fairly major scarring so will pick carefully where I get naked. In changing rooms I'll opt for a cubicle - I really don't want to ruin someone's shopping trip by having them have to explain things to a small child that a little discretion could avoid. I also don't want to be gawped at. So a changing room full of swingers or naturists or in front of a beautician then yes, randoms off the street no.

Stripping off for sex, however, is a different matter entirely. I go through phases of being unable to meet due to lack of confidence. I insist on socials to give the other party/parties a chance to say no as much as to give myself that opportunity. I always go to socials with the expectation I'll be turned down but willing to try it and see.

Without trying to sound patronising but if you feel like that about yourself I wonder if swinging is a good thing for u to be doing. I mean it could turn Into a bad situation for u with the fact any confidence u have comes from other people accepting you for you. You are giving too much power to others. When you should have all the power in your life. I really would suggest seeking some kind of therapy to improve your self esteem. I'm sure you are a lovely person stop putting yourself down and start making a list of all the positive things about you xx

if people dont like the way i look then thats too bad. since going through the menopause i get very hot so i wear less clothes which i wouldnt of done before.

its because i cant stand getting too hot. i am a bit more confident now than what i used to be since having men taking lots of pics of me i thought i dont look as bad as i thought i did.

actualy liked the way i look in some of my pics. certain bits of me i like some i dont like. i dont take myself too seriously though and can laugh at myself, better than crying.

It doesn't bother me jason, I am quite happy to strip of and gte changed etc, in front of people . Obviously the rules of decency apply and their is always a time and place.

In fact this is a naked house.

Paula on the other hand worries about this and that etc etc etc

I am also confident on what I do and wear even when dressed in crappy clothes.

Socially I like to dress smart , Paula didn't even realise I had tee shirts till we had known each other for a few months lol.

Thank you but the question was about how I look. There are loads of great things about me and I like myself. I just don't think I look good without clothes and I go through stages of not wanting to get naked with anyone for fun. I don't feel like that all the time. And it is possible to arrange meets with the proviso that I don't get completely naked. Often once I'm there I'll think to hell with it anyway.

Most of the time it doesn't stop me meeting and I've had some great meets. I get turned down sometimes and I'm fine with that.

My negative comments are to do only with how I look, not how I feel about myself in general.

My body is flabulous! It gets a lot of attention which makes me think men aren't as shallow as people make them out to be. I wobble when I'm having sex and my men love it,so I'm happy to be a wobbler

I'm very body confident and have no problem getting naked in the gym changing rooms, during a meet or walking with my top off when the weather is warm and sunny.

MissD on the other hand is the opposite of me and is not comfortable being naked in front of anyone, including me.

I dont mind communal changing rooms no I dont worry about waxing tho the position that makes me giggle in an embarrassed way is on my knees bum in air. She is great tho and makes me feel ok.

Sex I tend to be a bit uncomfortable about as it doesnt happen often so one is never really relaxed about it.

Its not my body but more lack of confidence.

Since you started swinging are you less inhibited or were you always the same?

It doesn't bother me jason, I am quite happy to strip of and gte changed etc, in front of people . Obviously the rules of decency apply and their is always a time and place.

In fact this is a naked house.

Paula on the other hand worries about this and that etc etc etc

I am also confident on what I do and wear even when dressed in crappy clothes.

Socially I like to dress smart , Paula didn't even realise I had tee shirts till we had known each other for a few months lol. "

I am always naked at home. much more comfortable, I hate it when my daughter brings friends home and I've got to cover up!

Very happy these days I wasn't when i was younger but I like the way I am ok I watch the pounds a little but stable and happy as i am.
