tunbridge wells

I was a very heavy smoker, been smoking for over 28 years

At one point I was going through a 50g pouch of tobacco in under 5 days

Gave up 8 weeks ago

Some people may say so what?

Big deal

But truth is, it is a big deal to me

And I am well amazed that I have gone 8 weeks without sparking up

Somewhere in North Norfolk

It is a big deal.

It's a long term addiction you've overcome and a major life change.

Very well done

Well I think its a brilliant achievement. I've been smoking 37 years and its like a crutch. I've given up numerous addictions over the years its like I'm "scared" to give up smoking. I have cut down a lot, but it will be a world event when I quit

Amazing!! I was a 20 a day smoker and have now been off them just over 6 weeks. No split ups. My health has suffered a bit and I can't shift the 'quitters' flu. But feeling great in most other ways x x x keep it up!!!!

Well done that man! I gave up 17 years ago having smoked for over 20 years. Like a prat I started again a year ago (stress... it's no excuse but). I stopped again just yesterday and am determined not to go back again. If you can do out after all those years I can too don't let me down!!

There are many people on here in denial about how bad it can smell, and also that you can taste it when kissing and it can be tasted in cum too.
