Bradford

Just watched a program called "London vs The Rest", and one of the ways The North could compete with London, was to let some cities grew and other cities just become annexes of other cities.

Evan Davies said that London was popular because the talent clumps together, which brings in new companies, which brings in new talent. This is happening up here with Media City UK in Salford

The cities that should become the cities in the north, Leeds, Manchester and Liverpool.

What do you lot think?

Hmmm. *ponders*

We keep the decent sport, corrie, scotlands oil and scenery, the lake district, whiskey, beer, good comedy..... and the south gets Michael bloody Mcintyre, bankers, houses of parliament and eastenders. And John Bishop.

No brainer, I'm off out to dig that moat

All good considerations. Room for one more? I may well jump ship. Or land mass. Or something.

Can't see them bridging the gap over the pennines ... but with St Helens, Runcorn, Warrington you'll see Manchester and Liverpool joining soon
