While looking at new photos I came across one of a male but he had a child with him it wasnt rude or anything like that just a normal family photo but was I right or wrong in sending him a polite message pointing out that it wasnt appropriate to have a child in a photo on a swingers site ?

You should have reported the image to admin.

The moderator that approved the pic shouldn't have allowed it as the rules are quite clear,no children allowed in pics

Over the rainbow, under the bridge

Just based on the details you give, I wouldn't think so, though it could be construed as you 'sticking your nose in' by some. However, like you said, it was a public photo.

I don't like to see the number of pics my niece posts on FB of her children never mind on an 'adult' site.

I don't know that admin would do anything. I reported a child sitting on the sofa with her mum while her mum on cam!!!. I didn't hear anything back from admin and the person still on this site

I had to remove a pic from my holiday that had people way off in the background, you couldn't see them, think one was a child it was a genuine mistake on my part but I have seen other pics on here with others in and kids too closer up than in my pic

You mailed the guy? You should uqve reported the pic to site admin. At the bottom of the pic is a 'report' link. On the mobile site I don't think there is the link on the photo, I just report the profile but say which pic I am reporting.

I'm with you on that! It's mental the pics and personal info that people post on FB. Even bath pics.

Message the person in question and and ask him to remove it and if you don't get a reply back then Report him.

You won't hear anything back from Admin as the message tells you when you report someone

To clarify, if people have a child on cam ( innocently )they are banned , get a warning and have to speak to Admin to confirm it won't happen again and they are given a second chance tp chat. If they do it again they are suspended.

If a pic is uploaded ( innocently )with a child in it , it is normally rejected and the person is sent a mail telling them it isn't allowed.

If you see a pic mod has made a mistake then REPORT the pic or profile and Admin will take it off...but it isn't advisable to get into any mails over it.
