Dinner time, we will have having fish, chips and peas. I spent all weekend spring cleaning the flat, baking and cooking and I cannot be arsed to do anything from scratch tonight.

Except for the coffee and walnut cake I have made to take to work tomorrow!!!

My "weird" dinner will be some kind of curry tonight I think. I think I have some chicken in the fridge that should have been used last week so plenty of heat maybe required to kill any bacteria !!

Might try the red Thai curry on the premier inn menu , it's the only thing Iv not had off it in the 8 weeks Iv been here !
