"Taking the Mickey because they're a League town? Elaborat please?"

football fans have taken the mickey out of wigan because the perception is that it is a "rugby league" town.... in that people care about the warriors than they do about athletic...

The lads not wrong! No love lost between Warriors supporters and latic fans. The other year they gave out free tickets for warriors season ticket holders to attend latic matches.Yep they went to waste/crys of over my dead body in our house

Wonder what the odds were on Wigan beating Man city?

Really wish i'd put a bet on now, the FA cup always throws up a few suprises every year, lol.

Just goes to show money is not the be all and end all in football.
