Ever had one of those days where you're just thinking about things that have happened or what could have happened if things were different? Bloody hell, it puts you in a bit of a downer doesn't it?

I'm having one of those days. I need to get to work and take my mind off it all lol

Suppose it's natural to go over situations and do the" what if "bit ..but it's how you react after you've done your reflecting that matters ..keep smiling pops xx

Yes a lot of times but I end up feeling worse than I did at the start

East Manchester

I never dwell on what may have been, I know I have made hundreds of mistakes.

Some major, like totally screwing up a relationship with someone I really cared about by talking without thinking, to the minor screw ups like spilling paint on the rug or walking through the house with muddy boots.

There is enough going on in my life to depress me as it is without spending time feeling sorry for myself because of things that didn't go the way I wanted

Don't beat yourself up about things that didn't happen, by grateful for what did and move on.

Sometimes but I don't dwell on it. If one bad thing hadn't happened, a load of good stuff wouldn't have happened afterwards.

The Butterfly Effect....
