"Im due to do a half marathon in a few weeks for the first time(ive done lots of 10k and 5k before), and would appreciate any advice on training and carb loading before race. Ive done the bulk of the training and have run 15 miles last week, so just wanted to get the last couple of weeks training right. " I would suggest visiting the 'My Asics' site I used it for my first ultra, the best advice I would give is to forget running long distances, shorter more intense sessions will do you far better whilst training. - Mr. B | |||
