Parachute jump!!

Being absolutely scared of heights I signed myself up for a tandem parachute jump yesterday in June.

Now i am someone that had to have 2 men bring me down the stairs at Dungeoness lighthouse in Kent because i froze half way up.

I have got raise a minimum of £325 to this and add another £160 to have a cam attached.

This is going to be the biggest thing i have ever done in my life but i keep telling myself it's all in a good cause..

Has anybody else done a jump and if so what was it like for you??

Yes have jumped for charity about 8 years ago! The hardest bit I found was sitting at the door editing to jump, once you had gone it was brill! Just wait for the jerk when the canapé opens! Then enjoy the float down!

Hope you enjoy

I've lost count the number of jumps I've done.

Enjoy it.

I'm amazed you survived if you only had a small pastry snack instead of a parachute!

Yes ! Brilliant ! Had the same concerns as you and it was scary sitting on edge of plane doorway but the fear lasts seconds and then its fantastic ! Me and 7 work mates did it for charity and every one of us has carried on jumping ! Go for it, you won't regret it ! Good luck !

It's a great experience, the first thing I did when I landed was to want to go do it all again on my own.

I have since jumped solo, static line though, and it was even better.

Remember though, there's only two millimetres of cloth between the instructors cock and your arse lol

Be warned it is very addictive

And be assured there is no way you will freeze half way down, much easier than stairs

Simple throw the canape to the ground and land in the soft bit in the center

I hate static line jumps. My favourite is HALO jumps, it's a huge buzz. Sadly not really possible in civilian life.

I just hope it's not filled with prawn cocktail, I hate the stuff! Egg mayo is a different story though
