yes, I think some posters change once they get settled 'in the forums' and can be less than welcoming/helpful. It is always interesting to see this evolve and sometimes remind them 'we were all new once'

if you were to click on your own green arrow, if you go to the web address bar but remove your username and type in the person you wanna check out it works
