Lovely with chocolate sauce, but lemon and sugar is much easier.

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

Not sure this year as it will be the first Pancake Day without my daughter for a while. I like melted marmalade on mine. Or Nutella and banana.

With ice cream and honey or just plain with sugar and lemon juice

stay away from home during the week so unless someone invites me round for a pancake or ten then none for me this year
