Just had one and it was lovely. Why is it a daytime nap is so much more satisfying than night time sleep?? Does anyone else enjoy a cheeky daytime sleep?

yes!!! You cant beat a nap! I get grouchy without one

I like a nap on Sunday after I come back from lunch. When I was a child I used to think my mam was really boring and old for wanting to sleep on a Sunday afternoon lol

I was the same, hated Sunday afternoons, dad would go to bed and my mum would nod off in the chair in the front room!

I can do that power nap thing where I can drop off quickly and 20 mins later I wake all refreshed, any longer than that and I am a wreck
