Yes... As a-posed to the stains I do want

Try it on not an obvious spot first as it can discolour the fabric. If it does then water it down a little.

Or biological washing powder made into a paste and scrubbed in with a toothbrush.

Works great on tough lipstick marks too.

Update - I tried all I the above and the stain wouldn't come (lol) out ... So I did the only logical thing and set the car on fire, which was a shame as the car only had one more day until retirement.
