This a load of old smelly socks BMI does not work. even the new fixed BMI is bad. Mussel is heavy than fat. I have friend who is very fit and does lots of swimming but is almost obses and his BMI score.

I personally find FFMI (Fat Free Mass Index) calculators to be far preferable to BMI - they tend to be more for telling how much muscle you're carrying rather than fat though.
