Somewhere in North Norfolk

Why pick on the women when the stats for men were just as bad?

But then we haven't had a fat women bashing thread for...oh...hours.

The Town by The Cross

Work out your height in metres and multiply the figure by itself

Measure your weight in kilograms

Divide the weight by the height squared

For example, if you are 1.6m (5ft 3in) tall and weigh 65kg (10st 3lb), the calculation would then be: 65 ÷ (1.6 x 1.6 = 2.56) = 25.39

A BMI of less than 18.5 is underweight

A BMI of 18.5-25 is ideal

A BMI of 25-30 is overweight

A score of 30 or above is obese

Or Fuck it n eat a bag of doughnuts...

The Town by The Cross

From the story .....

He said that, overall, Britons should be eating five billion fewer calories a day than at present.

I'm sticking to 2,000

My BMI is 31 so I'm obese. I'm 5ft 8 and 93kg. I go to the gym 6 days a week and swim twice, have trained for 25 years and was a competitive powerlifter so my build is quite bulky with muscle. The BMI does not take into account muscle mass, just your bodyweight in general. The majority of top rugby players are obese like me

If rugby players looked like you I'd watch it more often

If you feel good and healthy you are good and healthy. Stats are only a yardstick of an average or the percentage of a study. Truth is we are individuals, being all identical is not natural and bloody impossible.
