Or should that be confidence lost!!!

Anybody else suddenly loose their self confidence in an ability or or just overall???

And where does it actually go to???

I know the cure is to get back on the horse so to speak but that's soo much easier said then done!!!

have never felt very confident...need to find mine! lol. Take a deep breath and do it...deep down you know you can no matter how difficult it may feel on the surface.

I dud, changed a few things, mainly stopped looking for validation from others.

I definitely feel better now its lighter.

And I've stopped eating sugary foods....

Mainly up and in control of my life right now...

Don't think I ever have self confidence. I just put my head down and blunder on like an oblivious muppet.

Now and then I look up to see people looking at me like this-

And I grin and blunder on.

The more you worry about it - the worse it gets. Moral of the story - eat breakfast every day.

Best thing is to ask a good friend to list what is good and bad about you.

I'm overall pretty confident but every now and again the fact that I don't fit in with the mainstream is highlighted and I briefly lose some of my confidence. It doesn't go anywhere it just hides behind doubt...I find mine restored by chatting to my husband who basically tells me everyone else can go and fuck themselves.....he should be a counsellor really

Brighton - even Hove!

I'm a Leo and always have felt I've been able to do things. Even when I've tried things and they've gone wrong, I always think 'at least I tried'. I'm not shy, I doubt myself sometimes but get over it pretty quickly. I consider things more now than I used to.

Weirdly, I'd like it if someone did this for me

Things can go wrong but it's how you deal with it that matters. Most of the things I've learned have been from fuck ups. But that's fine because at least I tried.

Good for you. The way in which people cope and manage fuck ups gives them character and stories to tell. Experiences make for interesting people....

I'm surprised to see so many people saying they lack confidence I think that you need a huge amount of confidence to put yourself out there on a swinging site.
