Surely worth reporting?

Yes of course preferences etc but to get someone to travel for a meet only to not turn up and block is very harsh

We messaged it seems genuine then at the end I knew it was just a set up

But pain in the bum

Always worth phone contact first though.

But sadly you should expect it from an Internet site as you do not know who you are messaging.

If you expect it a plan meets accordingly you are happy when the meet does turn up.

Also just incase I know probably not .. but I use my mobile and have been chatting away and accidentally blocked the one I was talking to..lol just hit the wrong button on the message..so it is possible..

But they instigated a social meet first then back to the couples house

Click on their profile, you can't see it but the block button is still there at the side on normal website, or across the top on the mobile page, as is the report button.

Go into your block list on the desktop site and block them by entering their username..they will then appear on your blocklist...you can then go on to their profile and though you can't view it, there is a link to report it from there x

A telephone conversation next time will out some fakers hopefully! We live and learn x

we had chatted on here for ages and he had verifications

we arranged to meet him near his house and spoken and txtd too

we drove for an hour and a half, txtd him saying we were there, he txt back give me 10 mins

we waited for half an hour. then camr home again

was a wasted 3 hours and a load of petrol

With couples and females i advise a phonecall,to check real and whether click,recent meet verifications are good source of knowing they have met before

unless like me i meet at clubs or partys so dont do this because there just a no show,so it doesent annoy me as always genuine people there anyhow

I've been let down 3 times in just over 3 years, 2 socials and one hotel meet I was not best pleased about. All had verifications, been on here over a year and all spoke on the phone before hand. I couldn't have done any more to satisfy myself they were genuine. Its a nasty disresectful thing to do and no excuse for it. I only meet in clubs now or local people socially first.

it will always happen at some point in time,we travelled to bournemouth to meet a cple whom wed chatted to on phone,webcamed regularly with them for over a year before they invited us up to meet.we arrived at hotel,they rang to greet us and arranged to meet us later that eve at a bar.....8pm came and went,txt them (on way trying to park)was the answer.half 9 rang them again to get answer-phone.
