there are a lot of cookery programmes on tv why cant we have one for people counting calories recipes for dieters

Have you tried the hairy dieters how to live food series?

We've got both books and they offer some great alternative ways if cooking some if your favourites.

It does the rounds on good food channel regularly I think, don't swear me to it tho' I stumbled upon it by accident once.
