Frozen neck

How the heck does this happen..day four, for me now..of frozen left shoulder, side of neck...???ouch....ouchy

Have you got a wheatbag (microwaveable heat bag) that you could put on your neck? I've always found it to be the best thing for trapped nerves etc.

Go to the doctors,I had same problem a while a go.Turned out to be 8 tears around shoulder joints.

Brighton - even Hove!

I had a 'frozen' shoulder. Had to have physio and it took months to get back to normal. No idea how it started.

Ouch. Ive never had this but the dr sounds a good idea and the heatbag too. deep heat cream is great for aches as well, stinky but works. hooe you feel better soon

Dont think i need doc, as ive had it before...doing pain relief by way of meds and heat...may have been from the gym or shifting furniture....ahh some people never learn..i will be ok, just feeling sorry for myself..as mr kitty is very ill with a bad throat infection atm too.

I have bad throat infection too. doc said tonsil related, ten days antibiotics and rest of week off work as she said I was on cusp of developing quinsy. Hope you both feel better soon

Yes this is tonsilltus he has for sure..gets it very bad..doesnt eat..throws up..and he only had it 2 mths ago..so hope he can get a referral to an ENT clinic..wishing you well xx
