Cut on my leg

Recently ive cut my shin pretty bad..(didnt go to the docs) I waited for it to heel ect.. Well now i cut it slightly again yday. Its bloody sore again but its not as bad.

Anyone know something to rub on the skin just to help scars? Im guessing this is because the tissue is soft so that area is going to be fragile.
