When you were at a show or at an event where there was a stand up a comedian. Have you ever been brought into one of their jokes as they noticed you doing/saying something, etc? If so how did you react? If not, how would you react?

Arse End of the Universe, Cumbria

I'm a world class heckler and almost always end up in a bit of banter with the acts - I love it, my sister (when she's with me) curls up and dies

a Primark shoebox in Leicester

If they are funny I go along with it and don't spoil the moment.

If they're not funny, I tend to tell a better joke... at least someone gets a laugh.

I was at the Edinburgh festival a couple of years ago watching one of the free shows given by up and coming comedians. Early on in the set when he found out I worked in sales, he asked me if he could have a discount. So I replied, "it depends if you're any good!"

Not exactly what I meant, lol. I meant what would you do if he said a joke that offended you or someone know would have been hurt by it?

Ok. They made a comment that upset the person you're with?

I'd tell them not to be so stupid, get a sense of humour, no way could the joke wasn't aimed at them personally.

Some comedians get some information before hand say things that are personal.

Jo Brand was great on stage, and we had a thing going on. She is wasted on tv. Huge fan, not that I was heckling, just joining in, tho she did put someone in their place, very ably.
