What was the last good thing you did?

In my case I didn't buy two new nail varnishes I don't need yesterday, even though they were really pretty chromographic colours.

I gave my mum flowers yesterday as she and my dad would have been married 60 years if he was still with us. Went to buy her strepsils as her voice had gone

I helped an old an confused lady to her destination. (Which was a hospital ward, not my bed)
