How about the virus that causes genital warts on their fingers would you stay away from them? How would you know? The point I am making (on a high horse it seems) is that how does the OP know the medical condition for certain without a re_iew of the patients history? Seems completely alien to me that a non qualified person would offer a medical diagnosis based on a picture. Perhaps she has to much time on her hands or maybe the HPV virus..........who knows. I have a great little book given to me by my son .. for sex workers its great and very informative with good clear photos. He is a sexual health advisor and HIV councilor.

To answer your question about warts on fingers no i wouldnt want anyone with those touching my lady bits any more than me kissing or having sexual contact with anyone when I or my partner have cold sores where ever they were.

Thank goodness, in some respects, for clear digital photography. Im ignoring anyone who recommends no cock pics on profiles in future, as they can be helpful. Otherwise, better to see someone in a solo pic, than with a partner, when something looks wrong health wise with one of them.

Thank goodness, in some respects, for clear digital photography. Im ignoring anyone who recommends no cock pics on profiles in future, as they can be helpful. Otherwise, better to see someone in a solo pic, than with a partner, when something looks wrong health wise with one of them.

So you have to be a GUM specialist to have an opinion? I'm not a sexual health specialist but I'd gladly give advice. Avoid anybody who has genital warts on there pics!! If you don't -more fool you How about the virus that causes genital warts on their fingers would you stay away from them? How would you know? The point I am making (on a high horse it seems) is that how does the OP know the medical condition for certain without a re_iew of the patients history? Seems completely alien to me that a non qualified person would offer a medical diagnosis based on a picture. Perhaps she has to much time on her hands or maybe the HPV virus..........who knows. Ill informed irrational and completely unfounded opinions are best left to politicians?

Not necessary to be qualified to work out penile/vaginal warts or herpies Molluscum spots or pearly papules I use the internet read alot and look at photos. I am also an avid watcher of Embarrassing Bodies.

I have a great little book given to me by my son .. for sex workers its great and very informative with good clear photos. He is a sexual health advisor and HIV councilor.

To answer your question about warts on fingers no i wouldnt want anyone with those touching my lady bits any more than me kissing or having sexual contact with anyone when I or my partner have cold sores where ever they were.

The cock pictures on here are sometimes extremely explicit anything wrong is often very noticeable.

The point I was trying to make albeit clumsily it seems, is that the OP was horrified that a blemish on a penis could be a HPV event whereas unblemished fingers carry the same viral load for longer in the main and is main route of HPV transmission. And its herpes.

Not specialist but I am trained in sexual health and I wasn't giving a specialist medical opinion, just my own personal opinion! So its a personal opinion that a male on this site has the HPV virus? I despair!
