Each to their own however I do share the opinion of Jeremy Clarkson where certain people go too far and the teeth are so brilliantly white it looks unnatural hence the term used against Hamster "Tippex Teeth". I would say yes for the clean look (as a smoker and heavy coffee drinker) but keep the end result as natural as possible.

I would also err on the side of caution with cheap sites online. You're putting a caustic substance into your mouth at the end of the day. Your dentist gives you the right stuff in his opinion with quality ingredients. How do you know what is in the stuff online? You get what you pay for in terms of your body and health. You only get one body, if you damage it....

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

Clean teeth that are well maintained. Bleached teeth look strange.

Au naturale , as long as they are clean and healthy , thats all that matters , I read somewhere that bleaching weakens the enamel , be careful !

I have several friends who have had this done professionally - the result always seems to be sensitive teeth..it does strip the enamel away but I am sure your dentist talked through all this with you..

stick with the safest option...professional
