I know what you mean I've had to change my entire eating habits it's scary when you think you have been eating quite healthy and you find out you haven't if I can loose another stone and half I will be happy x

It's taken a lot of determination but got a app on my phone that tells me how many calories I can have a day then at the end of the day it tells me what I will Waigh in 5 weeks x

It's not easy lol I got the myfitnesscoach app on my phone tells me how many calories I can have a day and I can scan the barcode on my food to find out what's in it so I know what I'm eating

I use the app as well although mine is called my fitnesspal and use along with usn diet fuel and body shape tablets. All looking good. Well done mate.

I've lost 3st twice before with slimming world but I can't seem to get back into it for trying!

Losing weight is very hard. You've done fantastic!
