Non Vanilla Land

Have just opened a packet of Cadbury's Crunchie Rocks and notice they come with a resealable top ... whatever is the point of a resealable top on anything so utterly scrummy ???

What else is there not a lot of point of I wonder ???

Central

It's probably to demonstrate their adherence to healthy eating, if they suggest a portion size that's significantly lower than the pack size. This notwithstanding the fact that many of us will eat more than that, when we've opened a pack of something that's delicious.

I find that if you try and be good by not finishing them off - it just comes loose again, tempting you to have another go at them.

a straightjacket

Same theory applies to jaffa cakes. When you open the packet, I defy anyone not to eat the whole lot!!! I buy the triple pack now so I dont feel as guilty when I eat a whole sleeve

I find that when I open Pringles it is pointless putting the lid back on as eat the lot (my waistline can prove that!)

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I use the seal on these packs to give me an additional hurdle.

The chocolates stay in the packet in the kitchen. If I want more I have to get up and go down to the kitchen and return. The act of removing the seal and replacing the seal must use up some calories.
