Soften up a finely chopped red onion with some garlic in butter, then mix with crumbled stilton and cover a cooked steak....grill for two or three minutes.

Love it!

Try it with Marmite, sharp green apple and Stilton, all in the same mouthful.

Sounds disgusting, however, it really does work!

Savoy cabbage or broccoli gratin with Stilton sauce, yum yum!

Even better with added crispy bacon bits!

Easiest cheese sauce for me is made with whipping/double cream with added cheese, no need to worry about the flour paste getting burnt!

Your talking to a coniser of stilton here, long clawson,clawson basset are my to favourites but they tend to put quenby on cheese and biscuits when your in a restaurant
