I doubt I will be drinking cocktails in the garden this year for my birthday. Other bits might get frozen.

Hereford

Crocuses are up, snowdrops have been out for ages.

I hate February, it can be such a bitch - I refuse to believe its spring proper till mid march.

Was lovely today. Had the very first taste of Spring- bit like one of those tiny spoons on The Taste- tempting but nowhere enough and not repeated for ages.

It's colder in here, (my flat), than it is outside

Can we have an inside weather warning?

Mine is too until the heating comes on in the evening. Having the windows open might warm me.

All this bad weather has transformed our local beach from shingle stones and pebbles into sand..

Good things happen after all

There have been other similar good things reported. Nature is amazing and it's just a pity we try and best her so often, getting upset when she wins.

Warning, warning, warning!

I looks like rain tomorrow morning so the dog will have to wait until the afternoon before I take him out.

The lovely dry day was a blessing today.

Tomasz Schafernaker is now the go to presenter for all things wet!

Another lovely day today. I went out walking without my coat and absorbing sunlight into my eyes.

Tomorrow looks ok and Saturday looks good. Sunday we return to wet.
