Anyone see it? Interesting to actually see some of the evidence, can see why she was found guilty. Also makes it clear how she and her supporters have tried to manipulate the media by saying there is not a scrap of evidence against her when there clearly is.

It's possible. But we'll never know.

You just never know they could have all been from a contact site of some sought you don't know what was agreed and what wasn't I remember hearing on the news shortly before this that a German fella had agreed with a guy that he could cut his penis off and cook it and eat it from the British news the guy bled to death in his bath

Certainly a lot of evidence to suggest she was involved. Although a good lawyer would have a field day with some of the DNA procedures. I personally think she did it but appreciate that is a difficult conclusion to support based on a documentary.

And we all agree that TV programmes are always 100% accurate and honest, right?

Of course not, but the BBC tried to present both sides in a fairly analytical way. Nothing can compare to a full trial and detailed review of all the evidence and arguments, but based on what I saw I was inclined to support the verdict of the original trial and recent appeal.

Exactly. I remember Private Eye following the trial when it first happened and the Italian police screwed up everything. The legal system there is completely different from here too and there was no privacy. They were tried in the Italian press before it ever got to court. So a programme could be made that exonerates both the accused quite easily.

If you get the chance watch it, I thought it was pretty balanced and left the viewer to from their own opinion.

She's guilty and pinned the fucking lot on that poor Guede sod.

She just had smart lawyers.

Whatever we or the BBC think, she is guilty. She has been convicted in a court of law.

Interesting to see how her last appeal goes.

Quite a lot of focus on Meredith, her family and their lawyer.
