Last night mine was about how much I was enjoying listening to Mark Steels in Town. Now it's advertising where I shall be tomorrow night.

I've seen a few that are really negative and have wondered if the person posting it thinks it will help get them a meet....

I don't know if it's further north you go the worse they get but most of the ones I can see locally are very negative. I prefer something amusing or informative!

I last updated mine a couple of days ago, but I wouldn't bother reading it.

I would recommend the film 'Captain Phillips' with Tom Hanks; completely engrossing and a much better use of your time than trawling through endless profiles, most of which originate from individuals on the left side of the Gaussian distribution curve for intelligence.
