Before a meet i can eat for at least 4 hours cos im so scared. Its part of the reason i only chat these days

Yes my reaction to a bad shock or heavy stress makes me feel really sick.

I also can get panic attacks if it's really bad and they can last more than a day or two.

You have to remember that it will somehow pass.

Felt sick yesterday before a meet as so wanted it to go well...couldn't eat but an hour before meet went into cloud nine mode and felt so much better....xxx
