British Wrestling Championship, I mean ever since the 80s the likes of Big Daddy and Giant Haystacks have been household names, even those who weren't around in the early 80s will have heard of them, so why hasn't a national, televised professional wrestling association ever taken off again in the UK?

Because it's boring to watch. I much prefer cage fighting and MMA

I'm sure there are plenty of UK based wrestlers who could make for a great Saturday evening TV show.

UK Wrestling, you'll find many professional wrestlers are a great deal more athletic than they're ever given credit for.

Perhaps they should have Strictly Wrestling. I'm sure the licence fee-paying public would love to watch some hunk from Hollyoaks getting tossed around the ring.

You could always make it

"POLITICIANS Vs WRESTLERS"

People would be more than happy to pay good money to see some of our current lot get the s**t kicked out of them.

Imagine "just call me Dave" against Giant Haystacks PMSL
