Computer/email help.

I am a bit confused here as when I log onto my email address on my phone. I can click on my drafts and open up a document as all it shows is a link and everything is as it should be, but when I go on my computer to open it up. It won't let me. It won't be select the option as it's faded writing. Anyone know what could be causing this or how can I stop it from happening?

Sorted now, for some reason it asks me to show all content before I open up any attachment on screen that's in an Email. Even though it's something I have saved and created

Check and update your antivirus (on your phone)!

The draft is more likely saved on your phone not your mail server and it to your self to opdn it on computer

Weirder problem now. It's an excel document I want to view and when I load it up on the computer. Some of the sheets are missing. Every time I log in and out they are different ones. On my phone that is. When I check that attachment when I go online on my computer it's all there. Its strange
