If you ever get the chance, try some 99% cocoa chocolate. It's quite savoury.

Finish any meat casserole with a small square of 100% chocolate and a knob of butter and you will have the tastiest, smoothest gravy ever.

M&S do a 100% bar that is far cheaper than Willies.

Some dark chocolates and blue cheeses share similar aroma compounds which is why they work well together. Dairy milk and stilton wont be nice no.
