Whats the best way of taking a good photo of your self to use on this site. As selfis just dont seem to work two well.

No idea. They never come out well for me either. I think I'm just not photogenic, (my excuse and I am sticking to it).

Some people manage brilliant selfies though so maybe they can advise.

Im useless at taking selfies.....i pull.the most stupid faces and look absolutely ridiculous

See I think ladies have it easier there bodys can be nice to take photos of.

Have seen some great self taken photos either with a camera or on a phone.

Not saying they are great but some of ours were taken by just balancing the camera and using the timer function. Take lots and you are bound to get a few that come out well.

Using natural daylight can help and be more flattering. Uncluttered backround....

Use a mirror - at least you get an undistorted shot then.

Do what I do - go on a night out and keep Shanghaiing people to take your photo. Anyone looking at a loose end for 2 seconds is a potential victim for this.

In the mirror but look at the lens on your camera not at yourself. Have the camera at or above eye level. Also take shit loads.

This is why I'm bloody awesome at taking them.

I tend to look orange if i use the evening light.. i prefer the brightest possible so im like a ghost n very pale

I downloaded an app for taking photos - it has a timer and then takes up to 10 pictures at about 10 seconds apart - then I get to pull some silly poses like we used to in a Photo Booth and pick which ones I want to use!
