Having just seen a thread resurrection from the best parts of 6 months ago, I'm wondering if there should be a statute of limitations on people saying daft things. Everyone is capable of saying something without thinking, but it's not all on here, ready to be resurrected.

I think that if someone just says something merely a bit silly, after a few months it should be allowed to vanish into oblivion, unless there is mileage in winding them up for mirth purposes.

Note: anyone saying anything daft about leopard print still requires extreme action involving lego bricks placed under their bed sheet.

It's funny as I recently saw a nature show "When Animals have Issues" and there was a leopard called Nigel with a boob fetish and an understated taste in womens clothes.
