Oh yes indeed....don't mess with these ladies!!

Nuns at the Amitabha Drukpa Nunnery near Khatmandu are being taught Kung Fu, and have been for about 2 years now.

They say it helps them concentrate and meditate.

However, one nun has said when interviewed;

"it's very helpful for our safety. If somebody teases us or something, then we can hit them and be more powerful,"

will make sure I give generously next time the nuns are out collecting in Dundee!!!!

That's very Christian of them. I can just imagine Mother Teresa doing the Hong Kong Phooey Chop!
