No. Public places are full of people who can and will be offended by this behaviour. It is not right to inflict sexual activity on people who don't consent to it.

Also there are very few public places where kids aren't present.

I have flashed an ex boyfriend, it was 28 years ago and I dressed for the occasion with matching bra, knickers, stockings and suspenders under a long coat.

He was on guard duty, full uniform and buzzby in his century box in London, gave him a good flash at about 2 in the morning, oh boy was it worth it once he came off detail....

Agreed. My views on this are pretty well known. Regardless of gender you should never inflict sexual activity on someone without their consent.

It is strange that you have this moral attitude, which is your right, yet you state you are interested in voyeurism which at the end of the day is being a peeping tom??

In a consensual adult environment such as a club with public play ares. Where does it say voyeurism means getting your kicks in public?
