Wherever my son decides in Europe or Turkey. This year will be spent swimming in the sea and pool with grandchildren and playing on the beach. Wear them out for early nights

Went to turkey 2 years ago and loved it, found it quite cheap once you are out there, bloody hot though

We went with Thompsons last year, 2 weeks apartment only, £600 all in, including flights for Kate and me. Only extras was for car parking.

Think we spent about £500, about £40 a day, while we were there on food, drinks, trips out etc.

Brilliant value for money. We went to Alanya.

Got a Sun holiday booked in May. I know they are still cheap but it's pissed me off this morning that it's cost me £90 for a £9.50 holiday!!

We booked a very special holiday to Borneo a few weeks ago as a treat because we had a yr of hell with my OH being sick,had to cancel it this week because hes sick again......maybe next yr

Evie we used to do the £9.50 holidays all the time when the children were smaller,always a goid laugh but never actually £9.50!

I'm going to San Francisco in April. Can't wait, already ridiculously excited.

Also hoping to grab a weeekend in Krakow and one in Amsterdam. Both fly from Southend and I can walk from my house to the airport, and I travel light so hand luggage all the way!!
